Senior Finance Analyst, UK Regional Fuel Venues
ATG Entertainment is an exciting, fast-paced company, and we are searching for the right candidate who can match our enthusiasm for growth and success!
We are seeking an outstanding individual to join our Commercial Finance team, based at our Shaftesbury Avenue office in London. This role will partner the Regional Venue leaders to support commercial decision-making.
This role would suit an ambitious and commercially minded finance professional who can act as a partner to the Regional Venue leaders — someone who compiles and digests information quickly, delivers clear recommendations, and thrives in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
This role reports to the Senior Finance Business Partner, UK Venues, and will work closely with the Regional Venue leaders and the wider Commercial Finance Team.
Key responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to drive profit growth through reporting and delivering financial insights.
- Create and maintain TM1 forecast models for the Regional Venues.
- Provide and analyse data to support sales forecasting and cost analysis.
- Support the month-end close process, including preparing accruals and prepayments, reviewing management accounts and explaining variances against budget and forecast.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in the budgeting and forecasting models.
- Lead financial modelling, project appraisals and internal capex business cases.
- Work with the Data Warehouse and TM1 teams to improve data quality and automate reporting.
- Gather and analyse information for inclusion in the UK’s internal and external reporting.
- Support the Senior Finance Business Partner with finance business partnering across the Regional Venues.
Your skills, qualities and experience
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA (or equivalent) qualified or part-qualified
- Experience in a similar commercial finance role within a PE-backed or high-growth environment, with the ability to hit the ground running and deliver at pace from day one.
- Advanced Excel and IT skills, with a passion for data and modelling.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude to accelerate analysis and drive sharper commercial insights.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
- Track record of driving transformation and embracing change.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and well organised.
- Resilient and adaptable with a proactive mindset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with D365 is desirable; familiarity with TM1 Planning Analytics would be a further advantage.
- Willing to travel to other sites across the UK (during month-end and budget periods).
