Stage Door Receptionist
As part of the Stage Door team, you will be responsible to the Head of Stage Door.
This role is based at New Wimbledon Theatre.
Please note, your role may involve working with children or vulnerable people.
Key responsibilities
- To assist the Head of Stage Door in all duties relating to the Stage Door operation at New Wimbledon Theatre and Studio.
- To work as receptionist at the Stage Door.
- To maintain the high standards of customer care expected from the Stage Door team.
- Take a principal role in the fire evacuation procedures of the theatre.
- To log and monitor all post and deliveries to the building.
- To ensure the Stage Door area is presentable at all times.
- To liaise with colleagues across the theatre and visiting companies.
- To complete any other delegated task that may assist the company in achieving its business objectives.
- To attend training courses as required to further self-development.
- Comply with the company Health & Safety Policy, maintaining the safest possible environment for your colleagues, visiting companies and customers.
- To complete training as required to aid personal professional development.
- Undertake any other duties as required by the Theatre Director, Theatre Manager, Head of Stage Door, Technical Manager, Stage Manager, Chief LX or Senior Technicians
